- Roof Trader aim to ship all deliveries within a 3 working day period unless products are out of stock or are special order and every effort will be made to get it to you within your own time constraints. We have a wide range of delivery options available including Crain vehicle mechanical off-load and pallet deliveries depending on your order. Please feel free to discuss the options available to ensure a smooth delivery.

- Returns & Replacements
- Our returns and replacement policy is dependent on the order and situation but as a standard we accept all items back and charge and re-stocking and handling charge of 20% once returned at your own cost.
- Ordering
- There are several ways to order with Roof trader, you can either place and pay for your order on the website, place your order and select pay by cheque / cash and we will call you back or just give us a call and we will discuss and arrange your delivery over the phone.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept all major credit cards, cheque and our website hosts a secure online payment service. We continuously maintain our website and attempt to keep all pricing up to date but please be aware that all pricing is subject to change and if you wish please feel free to call or email your request. We run promotions on various products during the year via our website and through e-shot campaigns but always attempt to keep our pricing competitive.
- Viewing Orders
- Once your order is placed you can login to your account and view the progress of the order and shipping, any additional items will be regarded as a new order and may incur an additional delivery charge but every attempt will be made to add to the existing order. - Updating Account Information
- Account information can be updated by login on to your existing account and altering the information directly or alternatively call or email us with the changes and we will make the changes.
