Roof underlays

Traditionally the aim of a roof underlay was to act as the first line of defence against wind driven rain. In recent times, roof underlay’s have been developed with a permeable surface to allow moisture to escape, thus helping to reducing condensation. This coupled with over fascia eaves ventilation strips and high level ventilation such as, slate & tile vents dispel the moisture. Roof trader holds a large range of roof underlay’s in stock, including, breather and non-breather to suit all building requirements and budgets. Our stock includes Web Dynamics UV range, Tyvek, Permo Forte and Permavent all produce roof underlay’s which can be used in both vented and non-vented situations.
